Paid Internship Program (PIP) and Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) programs are an opportunity for participants to gain vocational experience and training in a real-world job environment. Based on the participant's abilities, interests, employment goals, and motivation the PIP and CIE programs will help find a great fit for both the individual and employer.
